By using this website or accessing any of our services, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or proceed with any bookings.
About Motoring Support
Motoring Support is an independent UK business offering driver training, driving confidence sessions, and support with various motoring-related services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the DVLA or any government body. Some services we assist with, such as updating a driving licence address, may be available free of charge via official government websites.
Services We Offer
We provide a range of services, including practical driving instruction, refresher lessons, and assistance with certain driver-related forms and applications. When using our services, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate and complete. We are not liable for issues arising from errors or omissions in the information you submit.
Fees and Refund Policy
Each service is charged at a fixed rate, with payment required in advance and the total clearly shown at checkout. The fee for driving licence address update support is £59.
In line with UK consumer regulations, services that begin immediately may become non-refundable. By placing an order, ticking the acceptance box, and making payment, you confirm that service delivery can begin immediately and you waive your right to cancel once that happens. Refunds are not issued once processing has started unless an exceptional situation occurs — such as accidental duplicate payments or an error on our part. Refunds in these circumstances are considered at our sole discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
• Provide honest and accurate personal information
• Confirm you meet the eligibility requirements for the chosen service
• Be available for any pre-arranged driving sessions or appointments
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
If you are using our licence update service, you confirm that you understand this may opt you out of organ donation (unless you register separately) and that you are responsible for destroying and returning your old licence to the DVLA once a new one is issued.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for delays or outcomes caused by external agencies, technical issues, or force majeure. While we take care to deliver quality service, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, such as a successful application or passing a driving test.
Data and Privacy
We do not store your personal details in a database. Information submitted through our forms is transmitted securely to our email system for processing only. For driving licence support services, any submitted data is deleted within 6 hours of processing. Your information is used solely to carry out the service you selected and is never retained beyond what is necessary.
Policy Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of our website or services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
