No Right to Cancel Once Processing Begins
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, certain one-time services may become non-refundable once the service has started — provided the customer has requested immediate processing and agreed to waive their right to cancel.
By submitting your details, ticking the box to confirm acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, and making payment, you agree that service delivery begins immediately and you waive your right to cancel once processing has started.
Once we begin work on your request, refunds will not be issued except in specific, limited cases.
Non-Refundable Services Include
Driving licence address update services
Driver training or refresher session bookings
Document or application checking and forwarding
Any service that has already started or been completed
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional situations:
Duplicate payments
Service error or failure on our part
We are unable to fulfil your request due to an issue caused by us
